Ritual Altar Handbuilding Workshop
Create a ceramic altar by hand in this beginner-friendly clay workshop focused on everyday ritual and intentional living.
In this hands-on class, you’ll learn foundational handbuilding techniques to create a small altar, tray, or vessel designed to hold meaningful objects. Candles, stones, incense, offerings, or daily touchstones. The emphasis is on form, texture, and function, allowing the piece to emerge slowly through your hands rather than aiming for perfection.
This workshop is open to anyone curious about working with clay as a grounding, tactile practice. No prior experience is needed. You’re welcome to arrive with an idea or let the material guide you as you build.
All tools and materials are provided, and your piece will be fired after the workshop and returned to you as a lasting object for ongoing ritual or daily use.
